Jason Mortimer
Jason C. Mortimer has been in the appraisal business since 1999 and remains the owner and manager of JRM & Associates, Inc. Jason currently holds a State of Iowa General Certification for Real Property Appraisal. In addition to completing appraisals of retail, multi-family, commercial and industrial property he continues to complete residential appraisals on a daily basis with extensive expertise in complex residential assignments. He is an Iowa State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Systems Technology. Jason continues to remain active in the community and has played a big part in the St. Cecelia School Gala since 2006 by holding the Gala Co-Chair position as well as Silent Auction and Corporate Donations Co-Chair positions and has served on the St. Cecilia School Board. He is an alumnus member of Alpha Gamma Rho Professional/ Social Fraternity and was a President/Board Member for three years of the Alumni Board.
